THEY PLAY WHILE YOU PAUSE
Selah Kids
Selah Kids is our thoughtfully designed playroom created so that parents + guardians can take time for themselves while their little ones enjoy a space of their own.
Designed for children 12 weeks through 8 years old, the Selah Kids room is filled with beautiful, age-appropriate toys and opportunities to play, learn, create + grow- all with experienced adults present in the room.
And because little people deserve a beautiful space, too, Selah Kids has its own dedicated restroom right inside the room.

Parents and guardians will add an underage guest along with themselves by adding each child to a separate Selah Kids class that’s also available at that time when booking their class, which reserves that child's spot in the Selah Kids room, since our classes are for guests 18 and older only.
Space is limited and available on a first-booked basis. Once the Selah Kids room reaches capacity for a particular class, additional reservations will not be available.
Selah Kids opens 15 minutes before the start of your class, giving you time to get your little one settled before finding your spot on the mat or reformer.
