A few things we love answering before your first class with us.

Not at all. Our classes welcome every level, from first timers to those who have practiced for years. Instructors offer modifications so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Any class that isn't suited for beginners will be labeled as such, so you'll always know what to expect before you book.
-
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, we'll have a water bottle filling station on site. Grip socks are mandatory for reformer and mat classes. We provide mats for you to use, so there's no need to bring your own, though you're welcome to bring a towel to lay on top of your mat if you prefer.
-
Reformer pilates uses Allegro 2 Balance Body reformer machines that add resistance and support to build strength and control. Mat pilates relies on your own bodyweight and props to build core strength and flexibility. Yoga blends movement and breath to build flexibility and quiet the mind. All three can build strength and body awareness, just through different tools and pacing.
